Caltrans opens new Highway 99 off-ramp to Atwater Boulevard

Caltrans has opened the southbound Highway 99 off-ramp to Atwater Boulevard. Construction of the off-ramp was completed approximately one week ahead of schedule, allowing Caltrans to open the area Dec. 17.
