Ex-cop accused of witness intimidation

FRESNO -- The Fresno County District Attorney's office said it wants records of calls and text messages on Fresno Police Sgt. Dave Madrigal's department-issued phone, to discover evidence that could support a charge of witness intimidation in the trial of former police officer Marcus Tafoya.
