Editor: More than a year ago, Dennis Cardoza introduced a bill to reduce monthly mortgage payments and give homeowners more time to repay. The Sun-Star's articles on the mortgage crises would have a better ending if that legislation had become law, and not been defeated by the big banks and lenders. Keep at it, Cardoza! You know what we need to get the economy going again.
